Refund policy

Trending Hardware has a 30-day refund policy.

If your goods are damaged in transit, faulty, missing components, or incorrectly supplied, please initiate a claim by emailing hello@trendinghardware.com.au and we will notify you of the next steps.

We will assess the claim for refund within 30 days from date of despatch. 

If you change your mind, we may accept a return. However, any return freight costs will be your responsibility and a restocking fee equal to 15% of the original purchase price of the returned products(s) will be deducted from any refund.

 

 Please do not return the product(s) without first initiating a claim.
